Michele Delarber

Michele brings three decades of accounting experience ranging from public accounting, audit, and private accounting. She currently serves as the Controller for Hyde Park Partners and provides support to all companies within the HPP family.

Michele joined the Hyde Park Partners team in 2002. Throughout her years at HPP, she has served as Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller before taking on her current role as Controller in 2014. 

While bringing support to all the companies in the Hyde Park Family (L&H, MRO, AEG), she works with the CFO to coordinate and prepare the financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance as well as working with other departments to implement internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets. She is also responsible for supervising and mentoring the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. 

Prior to HPP, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Tampa, FL office. Michele is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing while she was also a member of the women’s basketball team.
